2. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by All-Inkl (Germany). Whenever this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records technical access data in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes:

• IP address (in truncated, anonymized form — the last digits are removed before storage, e.g. 11.22.33.44 becomes 11.22.0.0)
• Date and time of the request
• Page/file accessed
• Browser type and version, operating system used
• Referrer URL (the previously visited page)

Purpose and legal basis: This collection happens automatically and is technically necessary for operating any website; it serves to ensure reliable operation and IT security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable website operation).

Retention period: 7 days. After this period, the log files are automatically deleted.

Statistics: From the already-truncated, anonymized log files, the hosting provider generates aggregated access statistics server-side (e.g. page views, browser types). Since no cookies are set for this and no individual visitor is tracked across multiple sessions, no consent is required; the legal basis is likewise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Data processing agreement: A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with All-Inkl as the hosting provider.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies, nor third-party cookies.

The website stores only a single piece of technical information locally in your browser (localStorage): whether you have already closed the cookie notice banner. This storage is technically necessary for the website's basic function (not showing the banner again on every visit) and falls under the exemption for strictly necessary storage pursuant to Art. 25(2) TDDDG (the German Telecommunications-Digital-Services- Data-Protection Act, which replaced the TTDSG in 2024). No consent is required for this.

Note: Should this website introduce analytics or tracking tools in the future, this privacy policy will be updated before such tools are deployed, and a genuine, blocking cookie-consent mechanism will be introduced at that time.

4. Fonts

The fonts used on this website (Manrope, DM Sans) are hosted locally on our own server, not loaded via Google Fonts or any other external font service. As a result, no connection to Google's servers is made, and your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

5. Icons

All icons used on this website (including Lucide, Simple Icons) are hosted locally on our own server. No external icon services or CDNs are used.

6. External Links

This website contains links to external platforms (e.g. Instagram). After clicking such a link, you leave this website; the privacy policy of the respective external provider then applies exclusively. We have no influence over data processing on those external sites.
